This year marks the 4th year that the Auxiliary will sponsor its AngelBaby bags initiative. This Auxiliary program supplies Moms with newborns who are Center patients with seven essential infant care items plus four nice-to-have baby products to help them raise healthier babies. Your donation will help cover the cost of items that are not covered by insurance or are difficult for low-income families to purchase. Today, financially challenged families are finding it harder than ever to keep their families healthy while navigating increased healthcare costs. Donations to the AngelBaby bags initiative help us work toward the goal of building Healthy Families, Strong Communities.

LAKE FOREST INFANT WELFARE SOCIETY
The Lake Forest Chapter of Infant Welfare Society of Chicago holds two major fund raising events. Every year we host Lake Forest Antiques & Treasures on the Sunday immediately following Labor Day. We hold our event in downtown Lake Forest at the train station's north lot on Western Ave. The change in venue has been a huge success! Our biennial Showhouse & Gardens is our largest fundraiser. It is nationally known and a highly anticipated event which happens in the spring / early summer for a duration of 4 weeks. In 2023 we featured 33 interior designers and 8 landscape designers at a beautiful Lake Forest estate. It was wildly successful! All donations and funds we raise support IWS Family Health, which supports vital medical issues, such as seeing sick patients in the clinic, testing equipment, reduction in service delivery, telehealth for counseling patients and much more. IWS is committed to doing everything possible to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. We can only achieve this goal with your help. We sincerely appreciate a donation of any amount.
